FAQS

ORDERING

How many cards do I get with one order?

Unless you purchase a "Printing Add-On" listing, you are buying my designs: your personalized digital JPG or PDF files, as stated in the listing.

No actual physical product is provided!

★ If you want me to have your items professionally printed for you, please also purchase the "Add-On Printing" listing in the correct size for your item.

How do I include my personalized information?

Please follow the directions in the listing under: How to Order - Personalized If you forgot to do this when you placed your order, just email or contact me through the website.

Can I substitute items in a Package or can you make a custom Package for me?

No, sorry. Packages come "as is," and items contained within a package can NOT be substituted. I do NOT create custom packages, but I DO offer custom design work. Thanks for your understanding.

DELIVERY

When will I receive my personalized files?

Please allow 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday. Turnaround time begins when I receive ALL of your personalized information. Your file download page will be emailed to the email address you provided when you ordered.

Can I get my files faster than 1-2 business days?

Purchase this listing, in addition to your order, for 24 Hour Rush Processing of your digital files (does not apply to orders with "Add-On Printing"): https://blueaspenstudio.com/collections/extras/products/rush-processing-fee

FILES

Can I print these at home or with a printing company?

The files are print-ready, PDF files in CMKY, with 0.125" bleed area. The files are ready to be set to most local and online printing companies (eg: Vistaprint, GotPrint, etc).

If you are printing them yourself, let me know and I will remove the bleed area.

For business cards and non-letter sizes, I highly recommend you have your items professionally printed.

★ If you want me to have your items professionally printed for you, please also purchase the "Add-On Printing" listing in the correct size for your item.

What the heck is a bleed?

This means the printing company will print on an area larger than the intended size. Then, they cut the final product down, so that there’s no unintended white space around the edge.

Unfortunately, printing machines have different requirements. My default bleed will work for most printing companies, but please contact me if you have issues with your files.
